Nancy and Jim Chuda attend a "National
Summit on Global Warming," hosted by President
Bill Clinton and Vice President Al Gore. The Chudas
participate with EPA Administrator Carol Browner
and John J. Sweeney, President of the AFL/CIO, in
a workshop on the impact of global warming on children's
environmental health. The Chudas attend a press
conference in Washington, D.C. with Senator Barbara
Boxer (D-CA) and Representative James Moran(D-VA)
at which time Representative Moran introduces the
Children's Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) H.R.
2451 in the House of Representatives. |
